We are looking for a Programmatic Account Manager to help establish and grow the Programmatic offering within the agency. Working closely with the Programmatic Lead, the candidate will assist with the further growth of the service line. We are a small but fast growing independent agency that services the world’s leading luxury and premium clients, across all media channels. Due to some recent client wins, we are seeking a candidate with Programmatic experience, to assist with the onboarding & management of a number of key agency accounts.

As part of the Paid Media team, the candidate will work across a pool of cross-channel Paid Media clients from strategy through to implementation & reporting.  The candidate will also have exposure to other disciplines like Paid Search and Paid Social, to offer cross-channel solutions to clients - therefore previous experience with those channels is a plus, but not essential. Not only will you push your clients to the cutting edge of Programmatic, you will also identify other ways in which they can meet & exceed their business objectives through Paid Media.


To be successful in this role you will need to: 

  • Own a portfolio of accounts, taking full responsibility for them by confidently and proactively carrying out day to day tasks without prompt. This ranges from media planning, tracking setup, DSP setup, reporting and analysis (DV360/CM360 experience essential). 
  • Use your knowledge of programmatic & adtech platforms (DSPs, Adservers, Analytics Platforms etc) to help develop and establish the agency best practice framework for how to run a best-in-class, white-glove programmatic service for luxury clients
  • Create collateral for clients on how they can best leverage Programmatic platforms to improve their buying efficiencies
  • Deliver award-worthy work that continues to establish VERB as the leading media agency for luxury brands worldwide
  • Proactively schedule and lead client meetings & calls. Strategy meetings to take place once per quarter, with other meetings/calls in-between as required 
  • Provide mentorship & guidance to Account Executives, supporting them with all areas including technical skills, time management, critical thinking & problem solving and client communication skills.
  • Expand your knowledge of other paid media channels, using this to cross-sell enhanced strategy solutions to your clients, where you believe it is applicable to their needs ( experience with Google Ads, SA360, Facebook,Tiktok and LinkedIn preferable, but not essential).
  • Continuously monitor industry news and evaluate new technology & data providers to deliver strategic recommendations for growth to your clients
